This is tape 105, side B. This is your maintenance tape. This is the tape you'll use indefinitely. Now I'd like for you to refer to the other tapes indefinitely also. But this is what we're going to call our locking-in tape. And this is the tape that when you feel you may slip a little or you need a little boost to your subconscious programming, listen to this one. Listen to it frequently. Now you've reached your goal and you don't want to ever go back to your old self. That person is gone forever now.

But every now and then again, go play the tape and remind your subconscious that it is to maintain this beautiful new person you've created. Listen to this tape regularly for seven days. This is the eighth week of your program, it is an intricate part of the program, and you must use it seven days to lock in these ideas, and then you can use it any time you wish. And I would suggest that you please go back every now and then and replay the rest of the program. That gives you motivation to maintain. Go back frequently and work with tape 103, both sides. You'll get new insights continually.

You'll get new insights about other pieces and parts of your life. You'll see how and why you act as you do in many circumstances. And problem solutions come to you as you work with this tape. So 103 will always be a valuable tool for you, regardless of what goal you've set for yourself. Now I want you to get completely comfortable. Just settle back and relax. Let your mind gently sleep. Let every nerve and muscle go. Just relax.

Now pick out a spot on the ceiling or an imaginary spot in front of you. Stare at that spot without moving a muscle and let your body go limp and let your mind drift. Now take a deep breath, fill up your lungs, hold it to a count of six, exhale slowly, and let go now. Now take a second deep breath, hold it, Let it all out.

And let go now. And now a third deep breath. Fill up your lungs. Exhale slowly. Let go now. And now, let your eyelids close down and gently sleep. Just go on over into gentle sleep. Completely loose, limp, calm and relaxed. You are still. And gently sleep.

As you go deeper and deeper into relaxation, you know that you're a constantly changing, maturing and growing personality. You are aware of the strengths and abilities which have developed within you and you now feel the freedom to participate in activities and creative endeavors that suit your talents. You know you have the ability to accomplish any goal which you set for yourself in whatever area of life you've chosen. You can be successful. You can be wealthy. You can be whatever you want to be. You can be successful for the entire remainder of your life. You will maintain this beautiful, wonderful, attractive new image, body that you've created. You will always have this body. You've programmed your subconscious mind, demand that it serve you and maintain this body you've created and you go on to accomplish other wonderful things for yourself.

You appreciate yourself. You love and care for yourself. More self-confident, more comfortable and at ease in every situation. You're now in touch once again with that creative intelligence, that universal mind within you that always, in every circumstance, knows what to do and how to do it. You now depend on that creative intelligence. You meet each situation in your life with confident assurance. And you do many, many good, kind things for yourself. You deserve it. Already you've accomplished wonderful, miraculous things in your life. You've changed your body image to what you want to be. You have followed the program carefully and totally and you have emerged as that attractive image that you have pictured.

You now realize that you are the person, the body, which you have imaged in your imaging room. And all those things you wrote down on your list, all those positive affirmations are coming true in your life also. You maintain that image of yourself as a successful, attractive, well-proportioned person that you are. See that you are that person now. Feel that thrill as you realize that you'll be trim, slim and healthy, attractive for the rest of your life now. You don't ever have to be anything but attractive and beautiful. You also know that if you tend to backslide, and if your eating habit should, for some reason, go backward, you have the method to control it simply go back to your tapes Remind that subconscious creative intelligence What its program is And if it's forgotten you just reprogram it You keep this set of tapes and you use them and you use them and you use them You don't ever have to work at it again.

Never. You never have to work at it again. Just go back and reinforce and reinforce if you feel that little nagging urge to backslide. You can participate in all the social functions now. You do it in moderation and your body knows that it is not to store any excess fat. It is only to desire quantities of things necessary to maintain your beautiful image, your beautiful self, and it does that. Any situation or circumstance that you should be involved in, you know what to do and how to do it, how to handle it. You have self-confidence in your abilities.

You have the ability. You respect yourself. By golly, you deserve it. Other people respect you. They see what you've done. They see the new, attractive, self-confident, friendly, personable you. And they like you. And they want you with them. They enjoy your company because you are outstanding. You're positive, you uplift everyone that you're around so they want you around them.

You're truly aware of the many good reasons to maintain this well proportioned and attractive body. Anything you eat only goes to energy and maintenance of your new body shape. You feel strong and healthy. You look and feel wonderful. You are at ease in any situation. You get praise and attention from other people and you enjoy every moment of it. You now know you can achieve any goal which you choose for yourself throughout your life. Success is yours. You know how to be successful. Your figure is now perfectly suited to what you desire to be. It's suited to your height and your skeletal system. Your body is now functioning like that of a young healthy adult, vigorous and full of energy for accomplishing anything you wish.

Your muscles are firm and strong and your skin is tight and clings to the new curves in your body and your skin is smooth. You have more energy than you have ever had before. You're exercising and you are enjoying it. You want to. You don't have to think about it. You don't have to suffer. You want to do these things. Your mind and body want to do these things. You easily and effortlessly control your appetite without giving it any thought.

And you have your magic words. If your mind should try to play a trick on you, use them. Use those key words. Take a breath and use a key word. Satisfied. Full. satisfied, full, stuffed. You can think of others. Calm, serene, self-confident, success, at ease. Choose any one you want and use it and repeat it and repeat it and use it. Accomplish what you want to do and be. Your body has no need for excess fat now.

So you no longer have any and you no longer store any. You've lost your appetite for fats and sweets, starches and alcohol. If you use them at all, you use them only in small quantities in a social situation where it's comfortable. You dislike fats and meats. You don't care about cream and ice cream, you don't have any desire for pastries, cakes, any heavy starches or sweets. You've lost that desire.

You only enjoy very moderate, small quantities of these things that simply make a social situation more comfortable for you. That's the only time you use them. The only time you use them is to make a social situation. You do what you want to do. You don't any longer have to do anything because you think someone else wants you to. You do what you want to do. And you don't do what you don't want to do. And if you don't want to have an alcoholic drink or you don't want to have a piece of cake, don't have it.

And if you can, if it's a social gathering where you have an option, you bring something your own beverage or choose one that's non-alcoholic and non-caloric. You are an individual person deserving to have what you want. And you want what keeps you attractive and perfect as you have now become. You don't let anyone else influence you. You have control and you quietly exercise that control. You don't make an issue of it. You simply quietly choose your own direction. You want to be perfect as you now are. You probably see that other people have influenced you greatly.

You've allowed them to do that to you. You've let them do that to you. You've tried to please everybody else, anyone else. It's nice if you please other people and you share and you're generous and you're good and you're nice, you're pleasant, but you do the things that you know will maintain beautiful, attractive body you've now created. And you're self-confident you now can participate in activities with confidence and abilities. You know you have them and you now use them. Even enjoying being the center of attention at a party or in a group. In every situation, you love participating.

You're proud of yourself. You know that you're intelligent and have a lot to offer. Now you enjoy moderate amounts of whole grain breads and pastas and reasonable moderate portions of potatoes and rice, other starches, as long as they're not refined. You really enjoy vegetables. You especially enjoy salads, their filling, hey you really enjoy them. And you like fresh crisp vegetables, almost any kind. You eat only small amounts of meat, and you especially enjoy poultry and fish, if you're having meat. You like cheeses. You especially like the lighter cheeses like cottage cheese or farmer's cheese. You enjoy skim milk. It's cool and refreshing.

And you enjoy non-caloric beverages. You continue to add extra fiber to your diet because it has made you feel good. It has made you feel exceptionally good as a matter of fact. So you continue to do that. You also continue to take your vitamins because they make your body feel good. and they supply whatever nutrients you might miss in any given day. But nonetheless, your body will insist that you eat the things it needs. And you don't have to really think much about it, but I urge you to continue to take your vitamins and especially to add that extra bran fiber to your diet.

You only eat the quantities of foods and good foods which ensure maintenance of this new, attractive you. And you store no excess fat on your body to do this, everything you eat only goes to give you energy and vitality. You have a burning desire to maintain your beautiful body shape and that causes you to function in such a way that you henceforth will always be slim and trim as you are now. Because your subconscious mind is now programmed to produce only this body that you've created. But because you know you've created this body, you also know that you can create anything anything you want in this life. Anything.

You especially are enjoying your exercise periods. You are thoroughly enjoying your walks. They're a part of your daily life. You feel as if your day is not completed if you have not had some exercise. Every day you enjoy taking at least a little walk to give yourself some energy, breathe deeply and make yourself feel physically good. It's easy to do this now. You're carrying no excess fat on your body to weigh you down. You're now confident of yourself in any circumstance in which you find yourself.

You know your appearance is excellent and attractive, and you're enjoying the attention and respect you get from others. You love and appreciate yourself so much that you never again will allow your body to become less attractive and perfect than it is right now. Your muscles remain tight and firm, your skin tight and smooth. You enjoy this appearance. You deserve to enjoy every moment. Keep these affirmations mentally before you all the time. Eat only when you're actually hungry and in need of nourishment.

Eat and want only those foods that are good for you, good for your body, and ensure this maintenance. Anything you put into your mouth, insist that it only goes to energy and maintenance of your attractive body. Your body will never again store excess fat if you keep it programmed correctly. And you do that by referring to these tapes if you slip backward at all. Your stomach is now small and you can only tolerate small amounts of food. Continue to keep it small. You've gotten rid of all that excess fat from your body and you no longer will store any excess fat.

You know your appearance is excellent and attractive. You enjoy being around people because everybody notices the marvelous changes in your attitude, appearance, and they want to try it too. You find that you become a leader. They want to do the things that you've done, and they want to do it the way you've done it, and you enjoy sharing with them. You send out love and you wrap yourself in that pink aura of love because you deserve it. And you send out love and caring to everybody around you and you forgive everybody for anything you think they might have done to you. Let the past go.

Don't let it influence your life at all right now. Let it go. Forgive them. Love them. And move forward in a new direction and let the past be gone. You now know that you created what you are. You now know that you can create and accomplish anything in your life which you desire. From this day forward you can be anything you want to be. You have the right to enjoy the knowledge that you can and will succeed in any good you wish to get from life.

And now I'm going to count from one to five. But before I do, I want you to mentally check your gauges and switches. You use them throughout the rest of your life. Check them often and ensure yourself that your appetite will be off, your image will be perfect, your skin tone and muscle tone will always be on full power and your metabolism will always be set to 10 on full. Now one, you're returning to your full awareness once again calmly, easily and comfortably. Two, from head to toe, you feel perfect in every way, mentally perfect, emotionally perfect, calm and serene. Three, you feel invigorated in every way, every nerve and muscle is calm and relaxed.

Four, your eyes begin to feel sparkling clear and on the next number I count you'll be fully alert, fully aware, feeling wonderful, your eyes will be open. Five, eyes open, fully aware, take a deep breath and fill up your lungs. Feel wonderful! Now after seven days of using this tape, use it often. Go back and use the other tapes often. You're surrounded by negative things in this life. You must only let the positive things into your life and give out positive feelings, positive actions. But we all become discouraged.

It's very hard to always be confident and self-assured. But you have the method for renewal. Go back and use your tapes. Always do what's good for you because when you do what's good for you, it also turns out to be good for those around you if you do it in a loving, friendly, and kind way. If you're friendly, loving, and kind to yourself, only friendship, love, and kindness come from you. And move out. Good things come to you as you give out good things.
